I am a graduate of Sacred Heart University (B.A), the University of Glasgow (M.Litt Fantasy), and the University of Bridgeport (M.S. Ed). My belief in the importance of literature and the arts in education has been cultivated since birth thanks to a family of teachers, musicians, writers, and creators. I love Fantasy, Science Fiction, American Transcendentalism, Shakespeare, Mozart, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saëns and beyond, so expect to see bits of all of those throughout this site. When I'm not in an English classroom or tucked away with a book I can be found teaching and performing on harp/violin/viola, cooking, and browsing skyscanner for flights I can't afford.
